While some would have you believe that America is winning the war on terror, we have in fact lost. We’re reminded to be terrorized with every flight we take and every time we enter a government building. Plain talk and facts about the alleged “war on terrorism” this Sunday at noon. And what about the Ground Zero Mosque? Should it be built? What is the “American” response? Bob suggests First Amendment Rights of religion vs. First Amendment Rights of free speech and let the best Right win. Details Sunday.

Defending the Constitution

08/25/10

In Lake Elmo, Minnesota, the city council decided to ban the sale of all produce grown outside city limits. By reinstating this law which had been largely ignored, farmers lost the Constitutional protection that had previously guaranteed them the right to free trade.  This Sunday, Bob talks to Anthony Sanders, an attorney for the Institute of Justice who represents a family of farmers fighting to sell their produce in Lake Elmo. It’s just another example of government treating Constitutional rights as a mere technicality. It starts with pumpkin sales in rural Minnesota and ends up with the total denial of economic freedom. As pumpkins go, so goes the nation.
